Project Manager for Enterprise Software Solutions

PDI Technologies is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of our enterprise software solutions, working closely with our customers to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans to guide clients, staff members, and project teams.
  • Manage project budgets, including forecasting revenue and billing.
  • Scope and estimate effort required for small and medium implementation projects.
  • Identify and assign project tasks based on staff members' skill sets, experience, and strengths.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Compile and submit project status reports to clients, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Work effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.
  • Develop excellent leadership, customer relations, and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Project management experience, with a proven track record of working independently on projects.
  • Working knowledge of project management software tools, such as Microsoft Excel and SmartSheets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make hard decisions required to achieve project objectives.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office per week.
