Family Wellbeing Practitioner

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is dedicated to providing high-quality services to children, young people, and vulnerable adults. We are currently seeking a skilled Family Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Adoption Team in Bury, Greater Manchester.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £16,511 - £17,872 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive support to all parties involved in the adoption process, including adopted children, adoptive parents, and birth families
- Collaborating with the legal department to navigate the adoption process and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Facilitating post-adoption contact arrangements between children and their birth families
To be successful in this role, you must possess a degree in Social Work and be registered with Social Work England. A thorough understanding of child development, trauma-informed care, and fostering regulations is also essential.
