Job Title: Product Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and undertake research and product development projects assigned by the Group Technical Manager.
  • Conduct theoretical and desktop research, including developing new product concepts and conducting feasibility studies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of research and development activities.
  • Undertake laboratory-scale model development and testing.
  • Prototype work/field testing and verification, validation, and demonstration of products and concepts.
  • Write and present technical reports, posters, conference papers, and disseminate outputs of product development activities.
  • Work cross-functionally with other colleagues and teams to develop products.
  • Provide technical support to business units as required.
Requirements:
  • Degree, HND, or HNC, or any relevant qualification, preferably in the field of Engineering/Civil Engineering.
  • Theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for technical project work, especially in product development and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in laboratory testing procedures and ability to analyze and present data systematically.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
