Accounting Role Overview:
£21,450 per annum

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Account Office Assistant, you will assist with key tasks such as raising sales invoices and credit notes, processing payments, and preparing cheques for banking. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an accounts role and hold an AAT qualification, although this is not essential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the accounts team with various tasks.
  2. Assist with completing sales ledger month end procedure.
  3. Enter and allocate sales ledger cash in sterling and euros.
  4. Process credit card payments and prepare cheques for banking.
