Job Title: Hygiene Team Leader Night Shift

Are you a seasoned Hygiene Team Manager looking for a new challenge with a well-established business? Or are you currently working within the food industry with a hygiene team and eager to take the next step?

About the Role:

As a Hygiene Manager (Nights), you will be responsible for ensuring excellent hygiene standards are maintained throughout the facility. This includes ensuring that PPE and tools are properly used and maintained, and addressing any issues or concerns with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of hygiene professionals to ensure high standards are met
  • Develop and implement effective hygiene protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with senior management to address any hygiene-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a food manufacturing or fresh produce processing environment
  • Proven track record of maintaining high hygiene standards
  • COSHH and FLT training
  • HACCP level 2 and First Aid training
