Hygiene Team Lead

At MorePeople, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hygiene Manager to join our team on a night shift. As a Hygiene Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facility maintains excellent hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that PPE and tools are adhered to and maintained
- Raise any issues or concerns with Senior Management
- Train, lead, and mentor team members to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with the team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Food manufacturing or Fresh Produce processing environment
- Proven track record of working closely with hygiene aspects of the business
- COSHH and FLT trained, HACCP level 2, and First Aid trained
