Are you a seasoned Hygiene Team Manager looking for a new challenge with a well-established business in the food industry?

We are seeking a highly skilled Hygiene Manager to join our team at MorePeople, working night shifts to ensure excellent hygiene standards are met throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure PPE and tools are maintained and adhered to, raising any issues with Senior Management.
  • Train, lead, and mentor team members to meet hygiene standards.
  • Understand food safety requirements and adhere to safe working procedures.
  • COSHH and FLT trained, HACCP level 2 and First Aid trained.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Food manufacturing or Fresh Produce processing environment.
  • Proven track record of working closely with Hygiene aspects of the business.
