Job Title: Hygiene Team Leader Night Shift

Are you a seasoned Hygiene Team Manager looking for a new challenge? Or are you currently working within the food industry and want to take the next step?

About the Role:

As a Hygiene Manager (Nights), you will be responsible for ensuring excellent hygiene standards are met throughout the facility. This includes maintaining PPE and tools, raising any issues or concerns with Senior Management, and training, leading, and mentoring team members to ensure hygiene standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with food safety requirements and safe working procedures
  • Train and lead team members to maintain high hygiene standards
  • Maintain PPE and tools, and report any issues to Senior Management
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to address any hygiene-related concerns
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a food manufacturing or fresh produce processing environment
  • COSHH and FLT trained
  • HACCP level 2 and First Aid trained
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
