As a Business Operations Director, you'll play a critical role in shaping our strategic payments platform. Your expertise will help us navigate complex risk landscapes, identify credit risk exposure, and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional risk teams to understand and incorporate key considerations into our Payfac audit program.
  • Prepare detailed summaries of audit findings, issues, and mitigants to risks.
  • Work with the Account Manager to deliver shadow underwriting results and monitor corrective actions.
  • Evaluate and concur on Payment Facilitators' requests for additional restricted lines of business.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of merchant service work experience related to merchant underwriting or equivalent underwriting work.
  • Familiarity with the merchant processing industry, particularly risk and operational processes.
  • Expert business model assessment and identification of credit risk exposure.
  • Deep knowledge of financial statement analysis and credit exposure.
  • General knowledge of other risk disciplines.
  • Ability to navigate complex, project-based work.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
