We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Rocky Mountain Lodge in Cranbrook, B.C.
About the Role:This is a relief full-time position working Monday to Friday, days from 08:00 - 16:00. The successful candidate will support the operation of CMU Mental Health and Substance Use Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform reception and administrative support to HCIS/MHSU/PCCT programs in accordance with Interior Health policies and procedures.
- Provide health unit aide support to HCIS/MHSU/PCCT programs by maintaining inventories of medical/surgical supplies, cleaning medical equipment and instruments, and delivering supplies and biologicals to health units as requested.
- Perform data entry, client scheduling, preparing routine correspondence and reports, responding to inquiries, and collecting fees.
- A current supervised 5-minute typing test with a speed of 40 wpm or greater completed within the past 24 months from a recognized institution.
- A Medical Office Assistant Certificate.
- A current valid BC Driver's License.
- Your Resume.
