About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As a pivotal member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring all allocated payrolls are completed accurately and on time.

  • You will process all incoming payroll impacting information and transactions, including new starters, leavers, absence, statutory leave and pay, tax codes & NI category changes.
  • Responsibilities also include processing weekly and/or monthly variable pay instructions from sites, producing and submitting HMRC RTI and auto enrolment pension files, and delivering high quality payroll output files to customers.
  • Additionally, you will deal with correspondence to employees, sites, and external parties, ensuring all required controls are correctly operated and all required evidence is produced and retained.
