Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to nursing and clinical staff, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Manage correspondence, secretarial duties, and processing patient referrals, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely responses.
  • Provide non-clinical advice to patients, relatives, and external agencies, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Ensure accurate coding and filing of Emergency Care documentation, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.
  • Order and maintain stock levels, ensuring clinical and non-clinical supplies are readily available.

Person Specification
  • NVQ level 2 or higher in Customer Service/Administration/Healthcare or equivalent experience.
