Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to nursing and clinical staff, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Manage correspondence, secretarial duties, and processing patient referrals, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely responses.
- Provide non-clinical advice to patients, relatives, and external agencies, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure accurate coding and filing of Emergency Care documentation, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.
- Order and maintain stock levels, ensuring clinical and non-clinical supplies are readily available.

Person Specification- NVQ level 2 or higher in Customer Service/Administration/Healthcare or equivalent experience.
