In this senior position, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting foster carers, conducting regular visits to foster homes, and developing strategies to promote a safe and nurturing environment for children. With your expertise, you will also provide training and guidance to foster carers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

We offer a competitive salary of £36,000, as well as a range of benefits including a £3,000 car allowance, 30 days' annual leave (increasing to 35 days with length of service), company pension, life assurance x2, employee discount scheme & medical cash plan. Key Responsibilities:
