Drive Sales Growth with Red Bull

The Net Revenue Executive role at Red Bull UK is a highly visible position that requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for supporting the NRM Lead in identifying opportunities to drive net sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement TPM solutions to optimize promotions and investment.
  • Create and distribute industry-leading performance insights to inform business planning and decision-making.
  • Manage revenue growth for high-potential accounts, including Waitrose and Co-op Societies.
  • Own the central investment fund and provide key insights for the monthly Business Planning Review session.
  • Support the end-to-end ownership of pricing studies and implementation.
  • Contribute to high-level head office deals to accelerate long-term sales drivers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of category, consumer, and customer dynamics to inform commercial decisions.

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starting drive to make a change.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • NAM/NAE/Revenue management experience is ideal, but not essential.
