About the Role

We Are With You is seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to join our team in West Cornwall. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group.

Main Responsibilities

You will work closely with clients to help them determine their goals, ambitions, and passions, and develop a tailored treatment plan to support their recovery. This will involve delivering continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, and key work responsibilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience of working or volunteering in health, social care, criminal justice, or other specialist settings. You will also need to have a successful track record of working or volunteering with people who have experienced substance misuse issues.
