Job Summary

We Are With You is a leading provider of drug and alcohol services, and we are currently seeking a Recovery Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to help them achieve their recovery goals, providing support and guidance to assist them in overcoming their addiction.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify their recovery goals and develop a personalized treatment plan
• Provide one-to-one support and guidance to clients, helping them to overcome their addiction
• Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport

Requirements

• ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification
• Experience of working in health, social care, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
