Associate Research Director (Strategy Manager)

About the Role:

The Associate Research Director (Strategy Manager) is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality research projects that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their research objectives and design effective research projects that deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage consumer research projects from commission to debrief, including client presentations.
  2. Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate meaningful consumer insights and frame these in a compelling way.
  3. Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.
  4. Provide project leadership on research engagements managed by junior team members.
  5. Highlight opportunities to upsell additional research services to clients based on existing projects.
  6. Identify and participate in internal projects that improve efficiencies, address client needs, or impact the strategic direction of the company.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic planning, brand management, consumer research, or innovations. You should have a deep understanding of insights and how to build a brand strategy, as well as experience with consumer research and uncovering insights.
