**Job Description**

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a Senior/Quantity Surveyor to join their team in central London. The ideal candidate will have experience working on high-end residential projects and be able to manage complex construction processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the site from PCSA/2 Stage tender process to completion and final accounts.
  • Manage sub-contractors and ensure packages are completed efficiently.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in construction-based field.
  • Experience on high-end residential projects valued £10-50M.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

The initial project is a £25 million job for a client in Victoria, requiring cut and carve and 2 stage tender experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
