About the Role

The Quantity Control Specialist will be responsible for delivering high standard commercial acumen, customer service, and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support and assistance towards the financial management of the joint venture maintenance contract, ensuring that financial targets are achieved.
  • Effective interface with clients, Partnering management, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Reviewing and validating subcontractor quotations & variations in line with pricing agreements (NHF V7.2) to ensure value for money is achieved.

A strong numeracy and financial management skills, along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, company van, fuel card, uniform, and more.
