About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Morgan Sindall Construction in Norfolk. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will assist the project surveyor with quantity surveying duties and provide effective financial and contractual control on allocated contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the project surveyor with quantity surveying tasks.
  • Implement financial and contractual control mechanisms for assigned projects.
  • Conduct cost-related activities and measure completed works accurately.
  • Gather and present comprehensive financial and surveying data.
  • Prepare and submit valuations and final accounts efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Surveyor with a BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent commercially related discipline).
  • Aiming for professional membership (e.g. CIOB) and holding a relevant CSCS Card.
  • Experience working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million (advantageous).
  • Fully qualified driver with a valid license.
