Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to join our team at Altech Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the long-term strategy and roadmap for Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).

About the Role:

  • Support the technology business in improving customer conversion through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement CRO strategies to enhance user experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation to measure the impact of changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRO.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRO with a strong understanding of data analysis and experimentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and SQL is a plus.
