Job Title: Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to join our Product team at Searchability®. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for crafting unique strategies to maximise our conversion pages' performance.

About the Role:

As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing and development teams to develop test plans, track consumer behaviour, and implement changes based on results. Your day-to-day will consist of:

  • Developing and executing test plans to improve conversion rates
  • Tracking consumer behaviour and analysing data to inform optimisation strategies
  • Collaborating with the marketing and development teams to implement changes and measure their impact

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in an agency, lead generation, or ecommerce environment
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, HTML, and CSS
  • Knowledge and proficiency in areas of UX design
  • A focus on delivering results with a passion for learning and growth
