Are you a mechanically biased engineer looking for an exciting new challenge? Demob Job Ltd has an immediate requirement for a self-motivated engineer to be based at their site in the UK. The successful engineer will work within a small team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns to manufacturing machinery on site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business, working Monday to Friday only, offering an attractive basic salary of £45,000 per year.

About the Role:
  • Must have completed a recognised apprenticeship program and hold a mechanical qualification to level 3 as a minimum.
  • Ability to work with drives, motors, pumps, pneumatic, hydraulics, conveyors, rollers.
  • Knowledge of PUWER.
  • Have strong mechanical and electrical fault finding and diagnostic experience.
  • Previous experience working on PLCs would be beneficial.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering diagrams and schematics.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
  • IT Literate.
