Primary School Support Worker

**Education Support Opportunity**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our team and support students in achieving their full potential.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, students, and other support staff to provide exceptional educational support and help students succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Cover whole classes for PPA release time throughout the school
- Plan and deliver maths and literacy intervention schemes, working with small groups
- Have extensive phonics knowledge and be confident in delivering phonics interventions to EAL children
- Covering sickness within school and working across both Key Stage 1 & 2
Requirements:
- Must be a qualified HLTA level 4 or above
- Have previous experience working in primary schools ideally across Key Stage 1 & 2
- Set out engaging lessons with high expectations for pupils
- Experience working with varied abilities and adapting to different settings
Salary: £90-£105 per day, estimated based on national standards and individual circumstances.
