North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to recruit experienced dentists to join our team of clinicians participating in the Out of Hours Emergency Dental Service at Barrow Dental Centre.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will provide emergency and urgent dental care to patients who have accessed the service via the dental triage process. This will involve working as part of a small clinical team in a dental surgery at Barrow Dental Centre, with patients triaged in advance by call handlers and trained dental nurses in partner organisations.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for experienced dentists to contribute to the provision of emergency and urgent care to the local population. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to patients who require urgent attention.
Requirements- BDS or equivalent qualification
- Dental Foundation Training completed (or equivalence achieved)
- NHS England Performer List registration
- Minimum of two years' experience working 'unsupervised' as a dentist in NHS Primary Care dentistry
