Clinical Nurse Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our Triage team as an integral part of a Community Nursing service within the Windsor, Maidenhead & Slough locality.
The successful candidate will provide clinical support, assistance, and professional expertise to all callers to the Community Nursing Triage Telephone Support, ranging from healthcare professionals to patients and their carers within Berkshire.
The post holder is expected to represent the service in a professional and courteous manner always, providing advice and information using a level of clinical understanding and professional judgement.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical support and assistance to callers to the Community Nursing Triage Telephone Support.
- Offer sound clinical advice that oversees entry into our Community Nursing service.
- Work as a key member of the Triage Team enabling professionals to make referrals to Community Nursing through one access point.
