About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Advisor to join our Triage team in Windsor, Maidenhead & Slough locality. As a key member of our Community Nursing service, you will provide clinical support, assistance, and professional expertise to callers, ranging from healthcare professionals to patients and their carers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide sound clinical advice to oversee entry into our Community Nursing service.
  • Work collaboratively with the Triage Team to enable professionals to make referrals to Community Nursing through a single access point.

Requirements
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
