Site Supervisor - Roofing and Cladding Specialist

Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team in Nottinghamshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and cladding, with a proven track record of managing multiple contracts simultaneously.

The role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing a team of laborers. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with main contractors, clients, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, including labor management and health and safety compliance
  • Coordinate with main contractors, clients, and suppliers to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including timelines and budgets
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations
  • Collaborate with the director and site supervisor to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in roofing and cladding, with a strong background in site management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, as well as knowledge of cladding and roofing systems
  • CSCS card, IPAF Cert, and SMSTS certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £37,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience
