Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join their team in Nottinghamshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the roofing and cladding industry, with a proven track record of managing labour, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements, and overseeing the general day-to-day running of the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing labour and ensuring the smooth operation of the site
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements and regulations
  • Organising and prioritising own workload to meet deadlines
  • Liaising with main contractors, clients, and other stakeholders as the first point of contact
  • Attending progress and management meetings to ensure project success
  • Dealing with and resolving any site problems and issues
  • Certifying works at the necessary intervals
  • Completing records and admin tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Experience within the roofing and cladding sector
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
  • Knowledge of cladding and roofing systems
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • CSCS card, IPAF Cert, and SMSTS
