Site Supervisor for Roofing and Cladding Projects

Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee roofing and cladding projects in the Midlands and Northern regions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the roofing/cladding industry and be able to manage multiple contracts concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage labour and ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements
  • General day-to-day running of the site, including organisation and prioritisation of workload
  • Liaise with main contractors, clients, and suppliers as necessary
  • Deal with and resolve site problems and issues
  • Certify works at regular intervals and complete necessary records and admin
  • Ensure deadlines are achieved and clients' contractual requirements are fulfilled
Requirements:
  • Experience within the roofing/cladding sector
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
  • Knowledge of cladding and roofing systems
  • CSCS card, IPAF Cert, and SMSTS
  • Commutable distance to Nottinghamshire
