Site Supervisor Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple contracts, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements, and managing labour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing labour and ensuring the smooth operation of the site
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements and regulations
  • General day-to-day running of the site, including organising and prioritising own workload
  • Liaising with main contractors, clients, and other stakeholders as the first point of contact throughout the project
  • Attending progress and management meetings when required
  • Liaising with suppliers, plant, and scaffolders when necessary
  • Dealing with and resolving any site problems and issues relating to labour, plant, materials, etc.
  • Certifying works at the necessary intervals
  • Completing records and any admin necessary to fulfil the tasks required
  • Ensuring deadlines are achieved and clients' contractual requirements are fulfilled
Requirements:
  • Experience within the roofing/cladding sector
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
  • Knowledge of cladding and roofing systems
  • Commutable distance to Nottinghamshire
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • CSCS card, IPAF Cert, and SMSTS
