Job Title: Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Executive

Solid State Logic, a renowned company in professional audio, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Executive to drive the planning, execution, and monitoring of our online commercial and associated marketing programs. This role will lead the digital strategy across various sales programs, presenting planning and results to the broader sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and execute digital campaigns utilizing marketing automation and machine learning techniques, including email, social media, and online advertising.
  2. Develop and execute online customer life cycle activities, including lead generation, upselling, cross-selling, loyalty, and account reactivation.
  3. Report on eCommerce KPIs, including site and customer insights and analytics.
  4. Manage eCommerce product information, SKUs, imagery, and content.
  5. Project manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet deadlines.
  6. Ensure customer databases are well maintained and users are appropriately segmented and tagged for marketing purposes, adhering to data compliance and GDPR regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 8 years' experience as a digital marketing lead in a fast-moving technology and eCommerce environment, preferably in professional audio, AV media, or technology retail.
  2. Experience working with different levels, up to executive level, and in an international environment with teams in various markets.
  3. Strong experience in translating data insights into clear actions and convincing stakeholders.
  4. Educated to degree level or recognized higher level qualification in marketing.
  5. Strong database management, CMS, and electronic mailer platform experience.
  6. Proven experience across all social media marketing platforms with target advertising.
  7. Experience in graphic design with Adobe Creative Suite.
  8. Excellent written and spoken English.
  9. Creative and willing to 'have a go' at new things.
  10. A passion for audio, recording, or music technology.
