Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our global IT function and work closely with the digital service operations and digital product management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Articulate business requirements in the form of functional specifications and agile user stories.
  • Own and maintain the business operating model across functional areas.
  • Be the subject matter expert to project and operations delivery teams.
  • Identify and address delivery risks.
  • Understand strategic business needs and plans for growth.
  • Enhance the quality of IT products and services.
  • Analyse technical systems and business models.
  • Utilise IT data for business insights.
  • Maintain business relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Source and implement new business technology.
  • Work with architects to define technological solutions.
  • Produce reports on application development and implementation.
  • Run A/B tests and analyse data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis and IT.
  • Experience of agile methodologies.
  • Strong foundation in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong experience of business process reengineering.
  • Previous experience in delivering/managing/configuring eCommerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in transforming business goals into functional requirements.
  • Highly skilled in mapping business processes and operating models.
  • Full project life cycle experience.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and suggest viable alternatives.
  • Extensive knowledge of packaged ERP systems.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working in our Kidlington office 2-3 days per week.
