Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casual Event Catering Manager to join our team at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate catering operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
