Senior Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Chef Manager to join our dynamic team at Dine Contract Catering. As a key member of our relief team, you will be responsible for managing the high-level delivery and expectations across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the onsite catering team at assigned sites, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement menus that showcase locally sourced, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients, aligning with our commitment to Climate Zero by 2030.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and front-of-house areas, adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
- Conduct weekly bookwork and reports, as well as stock taking and ordering, to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Proven experience as a Chef Manager or equivalent role, with a strong background in kitchen operations and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to self-manage and work efficiently.
