About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality and Catering Lead to join our team at dnata Catering UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the production and assembly of meals and kits meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the production and assembly of meals and kits in line with scheduled activity and deadlines.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and security standards are maintained throughout all stages of the Internal Supply process.
  • Collaborate with other Managers, Shift Leaders, and Internal Supply colleagues to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to address changes to assembly requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
  • Coach and support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Ensure all documents are created and controlled in line with required procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or catering industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Computer literate, with experience of using relevant software systems.
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations.
