At Academics, we are committed to providing exceptional educational experiences for children aged 6-11 with Autism and Asperger's Syndrome. We are seeking an experienced Primary SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team in Surrey.
Salary and Benefits:£50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality educational experiences for students with Autism and Asperger's Syndrome
- To work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised education plans
- To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and carers
- To contribute to the development of Academics' policies and procedures
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in teaching students with Autism and Asperger's Syndrome
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of special educational needs legislation and best practice
