Job Description

This role involves providing 1:1 support to SEN learners, particularly those with ADHD, autism, and behavioural needs, in our partnered school in Horley. You will assist in creating and delivering a creative, relevant, and practical curriculum that caters to individual needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored educational programs.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  3. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education or related field (desirable but not essential)
  • Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
  • Relevant teaching assistant and SEN experience (must provide references)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS (willingness to get one)
