We are currently recruiting for an After School Club Manager to manage our club at Birch Hill Primary School in Bracknell, Berkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the club.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within a childcare or early years setting. A Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork would be advantageous but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the safe and effective operation of the After School Club
  2. Supervise and direct a small team to maintain a clean and organised environment
  3. Deliver a variety of engaging activities for children aged 4-11 years
  4. Monitor and manage risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment

Compensation and Benefits

">

You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £14.50 per hour, plus holiday pay. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm, term-time only. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including a company pension scheme, discounted childcare, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
