Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team at Phinia, Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our operational management team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with operational management to drive bottom-line improvements and provide financial insights to inform business decisions.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  3. Act as a financial advisor to commercial decision-makers, providing guidance on financial matters and supporting strategic planning.
  4. Implement and maintain a robust financial reporting system, including weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs, with a focus on cost-per-unit metrics.
  5. Support project-based work to drive business initiatives and strategies.
  6. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  7. Provide backup support to the Finance Manager as needed.
Requirements
  1. CIMA/ACCA part/qualified or qualified by experience.
  2. Accurate, numerate, and computer literate.
  3. Proficient in MS Excel and knowledge of SAP, HFM, or OneStream is an advantage.
