About the Role

Hays Accountancy & Finance is partnering with a well-established and successful manufacturing group to recruit a dynamic and experienced Finance Business Partner based in their Stonehouse, Gloucestershire office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with operational management to provide daily/weekly/monthly performance analysis on key business metrics.
  • Drive and support bottom-line improvements by providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies.
  • Act as a financial advisor, offering general financial support to commercial decision makers.
  • Take ownership of operational budgets and implement weekly/monthly reporting to the business on KPIs, with emphasis on cost per unit metrics.
  • Prepare month-end variance analysis and undertake project-based work for specific strategies/business initiatives.
  • Be involved in internal/external audit and ad-hoc duties, as well as deputising for the Finance Manager when required.
Requirements

To be considered for this progressive Finance Business Partner role, you will be part-qualified or a qualified accountant with business partnering experience.
