Hays Accountancy & Finance is partnering with a well-established and successful manufacturing group to recruit a dynamic and experienced Finance Business Partner based in their Stonehouse, Gloucestershire office.

Your New Company

This progressive role offers career development where you will take responsibility for working directly with operational management, providing daily/weekly/monthly performance analysis on key business metrics.

Your Key Duties

  • Business partnering with operational teams to drive/support bottom-line improvements
  • Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies
  • Acting as a financial advisor, offering general financial support to commercial decision-makers
  • Ownership of operational budgets and implementation of weekly/monthly reporting to the business on KPIs, with emphasis on cost per unit metrics
  • Preparing month-end variance analysis and undertaking project-based work for specific strategies/business initiatives
  • Involved in internal/external audit and ad-hoc duties and financial analysis
  • Deputising for the Finance Manager when required

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this progressive Finance Business Partner role, you will be part-qualified/qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience with business partnering experience.

What You'll Get in Return

This permanent Finance Business Partner role is offering a salary between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.
