Finance Business Partner Role

Hays Accountancy & Finance are partnering with a well-established and successful manufacturing group to recruit a dynamic and experienced Finance Business Partner based in their Stonehouse, Gloucestershire office.

This progressive role offers career development where you will take responsibility for working directly with operational management, providing daily/weekly/monthly performance analysis on key business metrics.

We are open to qualified/part-qualified accountants or qualified by experienced finance professionals, with business partnering experience.


Your Key Responsibilities

Your key duties will involve business partnering with the operational team, driving/supporting bottom line improvements, providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies.

You will act as a financial advisor, offering general financial support to commercial decision makers, take ownership of operational budgets, and implement weekly/monthly reporting to the business on KPI's, with emphasis on cost per unit metrics.

You will prepare month-end variance analysis, undertake project-based work for specific strategies/business initiatives, and be involved in internal/external audit.


What You'll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this progressive Finance Business Partner role, you will be part qualified/qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience with business partnering experience.

Strong MS Excel skills, effective communication skills to partner at all levels both internally/externally and with non-financial management, with the capacity to influence others.

You will be accurate and numerate, willing to learn, and keen to develop further in your accounting career.


What You'll Get in Return

This permanent Finance Business Partner role is offering a salary between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.
