Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of comprehensive training programs that address identified needs and support our business strategy.
  • Oversee the administration of divisional training activities and the participation of divisional employees on groupwide programs.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using appropriate metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by coordinating opportunities for employee development, such as coaching, mentoring, and performance review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record in training and development, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Proven experience in line management.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and other relevant training technologies.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
