Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Unit team at St Clare Hospice. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to patients and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing holistic assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Leading the shift and ensuring high standards of care are maintained
  • Liaising with the multi-professional team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Supervising and supporting junior colleagues, volunteers, and students
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • First-level registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience working in a palliative care environment
  • Qualification in specialist palliative care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
