  • Conduct thorough handovers, evaluating patient readiness for discharge.
  • Utilize electronic systems to track and complete necessary tasks for safe patient discharge.
  • Foster effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff to build rapport and promote the Discharge Lounge's services.
