Regional Business Development Manager

This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional looking to make their mark in the operating theatre surgical instrument sales industry. Based in London, you will cover a wide range of hospitals and be responsible for selling premium surgical instruments for various procedures.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 plus a generous uncapped bonus structure. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, ongoing training opportunities, and great long-term career prospects.
Main Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include increasing business across the key region, running the region like your own business, and achieving demanding sales targets. You will also be required to work closely with clinicians to develop business strategies and maintain strong relationships.
Essential Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, and have experience in surgical instrument sales. A strong understanding of the industry and ability to work independently are also essential requirements.
