Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Grade 5 Teaching Assistant.

">

The successful candidate will support the class Teachers with the preparation of resources for lessons, supporting pupils during lessons, and supporting the care needs and well-being of pupils throughout the school day.

">

This role will involve working in a vibrant and challenging SEND environment, where the right individual can make a real difference in the lives of our students.

">

The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work using their own initiative, and effectively as part of a team. They will communicate clearly and effectively with pupils and colleagues, take ownership of tasks, and demonstrate a passion and commitment to support children and young people with Special Needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers with lesson planning and preparation
  • Providing one-to-one support to pupils during lessons
  • Assisting with the care needs and well-being of pupils throughout the school day
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
">

Requirements:

  • Flexibility and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Passion for supporting children and young people with Special Needs

Salary:

Grade 5, Pt 12-16 (£29,093 - £32,654 pro rata)
