Teaching Assistant Role

Excell Supply Ltd is seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team in the UK. As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support students' learning and development, while also gaining valuable experience in a classroom setting.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans to classes across a variety of subjects
- Ensuring adherence to school behaviour management policies
- Engaging all students and providing additional support where needed
- Following safeguarding procedures and regulations
- Working with Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students
Skills and Attributes:
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to positively impact student learning
- Confidence in managing student behaviour effectively
- Ability to maintain focus and meet expectations, even when faced with challenges
- Calm, adaptable, and positive approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to cover a range of subjects and age groups
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
