Salary: The successful candidate can expect a salary of £24,404.00 - £25,183.00 Annually (Actual), making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to develop their career in education.

Job Description: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students. Your primary responsibility will be to assist students who require additional help, whether it be with academic tasks or emotional well-being. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver pupil provision.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You should also have high expectations of yourself and others, be self-motivated, and dedicated to supporting students. In terms of qualifications, you will need to have 5 GCSEs grade 9-4 (A* - C), with English and Maths being essential. A good Honours Degree is desirable but not essential.
